These Website Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the public website at www.previdi.io (the “Website”), operated by Periscope Software, LLC (“Periscope,” “we,” or “us”), a Physician Life Care Planning company (“PLCP”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Scope
These Terms cover general browsing of the Website only. They do not govern the Previdi application at app.previdi.io, which is subject to a separate Terms of Use presented at log-in; the Privacy Policy posted on the Website; or any other agreement with Periscope or PLCP. Using the Website creates no account, license, or service relationship.
2. Informational Use; No Advice
Website content is general information about Previdi and PLCP, provided for reference only. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, creates no professional relationship, and may not reflect current functionality. Do not rely on it as a substitute for the application Terms of Use or independent professional judgment.
3. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content are owned by or licensed to Periscope and protected by law. “Previdi,” “Previdi AI,” “RangeFinder,” “Previdi IQ,” the Previdi logo are our trademarks. You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial reference but may not copy, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from its content without our written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website unlawfully; use bots or scrapers to extract content (other than well-behaved search-engine indexing); attempt unauthorized access to the Website, the application, or our systems; interfere with or overburden the Website or its security; introduce harmful code; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5. Third-Party Links
The Website may link to third-party sites, including www.physicianlcp.com, for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability, and your use of them is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Periscope and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, and our total liability relating to the Website will not exceed US $100. This section is separate from, and does not modify, the Previdi application Terms of Use.
7. Changes; Governing Law
We may modify the Website or these Terms at any time; revised Terms take effect when posted, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive venue in the state courts of Bexar County, Texas, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. These Terms contain no arbitration provision; the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver governing the application appear only in the application Terms of Use. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay in effect.
